The official presentation of the new EUROSHOES section took place on November, 20 at “Sokolnoki” Exhibition Centre.
KIDS SHOE FASHION is a new section of EUROSHOES Premier Collection dedicated to children’s footwear. The presentation provided an opportunity to the future exhibitors to see the venue and pavilions, to appreciate site benefits and to communicate with market players in an informal atmosphere with a cup of coffee.
The following companies were invited to the presentation: Analpa, Antilopa, Veles-M, Vitacci, Demar Rusdel, Jungle Boots, G V Accord, Imperiya Detstva, Kotofey, Crazy Horse, Crocs CIS, Miniman, Minishoes, Original Shoes, Pamashoes, City-Trends Int., Tico, Forio, Fortis (Zebra brand), Estiva.
The traditional partners of EUROSHOES also visited the event and shared their impressions about exhibition’s organisation and success. Lyubov Kashkina, CAPRICE Business development director, considers the presentation as “one of the most important events for the company, first of all, due to its dates. The February presentation enables to collect orders and start the production earlier”. She also mentioned that 40% from the total value of their collection is ordered at EUROSHOES that considerably increase the sales.
The dates are one of the main advantages of the Presentation. Only here the owners of shoe stores can see the new items almost a year before the season, find out what colours and styles are trendy and order them for their stores. The presentation’s unique advantage is that European manufacturers demonstrate their collections in Moscow even earlier than in Europe, where the collections are exhibited in March only.
Anastasiya Kornilieva, the EUROSHOES Premier Collection’s Director, noticed that the number of visitors was growing every season. In February it increased by 20% comparing to 2010. More than 1 500 specialists from different regions of Russia, CIS and other countries visited the Presentation on the first day. It was visited by approximately 4,000 buyers in total and 1/3 of them were interested in children footwear.
EUROSHOES Premier Collection is a closed showroom presentation for Buyers, by invitations only. The organisers offer - catering, free shuttle service Hotel – Exhibition Centre – Hotel and Metro Station – Exhibition Centre - Metro Station, as well as special prices for hotel accommodation among the additional services.
